Quality Profile™: Monitoring Your Performance
The one-screen Quality Profile will track the monthly progress you are making toward your goals, revealing strengths and diagnosing stresses in your system.
- Resident quality of life — a summary of 10 measures from the family satisfaction survey
- Resident quality of care — the six quality indicators from a performance perspective
- Family satisfaction — an overall rating from the family satisfaction survey
- State survey results — scope and severity on standard, follow-up and complaint surveys
- Employee commitment — an overall rating from the employee satisfaction survey plus a measurement of employee stability, turnover and absenteeism
- Financial health — occupancy
My InnerView reports all data in positive terms. Rather than focus on the five percent of residents who fell (for example), results show the 95 percent who did not fall.
Benchmarking
Our system allows you to benchmark to the same size facility, same type of ownership and geographic location. You might also choose to compare your performance to other facilities in the state, or to My InnerView’s entire database of hundreds of facilities throughout the nation. Your reports are available instantly once the data is entered, or you can look back to a previous month.
Trend Charts
My InnerView graphically details the sentinel domains of the Quality Profile with trend charts. Trend charts provide clear documentation of the variation in key operational results over time. Once monthly information is entered into the Quality Profile, you can retrieve valuable trending information with the click of a button.
