Culture Change Staging Tool
Our newest tool, a Web-based questionnaire known as the Culture Change Staging Tool, can assess your nursing home in 12 domains commonly found in culture change homes. (Read research paper)
Use this tool as a mechanism for evaluating the status of your person-centered approach to care. In addition to identifying your progress in culture change, the tool also generates a culture-change management report that indicates areas of progress and areas for growth.
Current users can simply log in to access the tool. Non-users should join as a Culture Change Staging Tool User. Once you receive a confirmation e-mail from My InnerView, you can begin using the tool — at no charge!
