Based on the largest dataset ever assembled about resident, family and employee satisfaction in America's nursing homes, the 2007 National Survey of Consumer and Workforce Satisfaction in Nursing Homes report will be released Wednesday, May 21.
This report is another important milestone in the commitment of more and more senior-care leaders across the United States to consult their customers through a common survey process administered by an independent third party.
