Congratulations to 2009 Excellence in Action award recipients
My InnerView's Excellence in Action award honors those nursing homes that achieve high levels of excellence in facility quality by having overall customer or workforce satisfaction levels fall within the top 10% of My InnerView's customer database. (Download criteria or press release) The 2009 customer award was earned by 342 nursing homes and 258 nursing homes received the workforce award.
