
Profiles in Excellence: The Colony knows it's 'the journey' that matters

The Colony has a customer service program that allows us to more appropriately meet the needs of our residents, their families and our team members, as well as communicate the good care we provide to our residents.
It all started with a corporate-level initiative to create a program that focused on building a strong relationship between residents and team members while improving our customer service experience. It has grown into a program at our community where we focus on:
- Sharing news and recognizing team members
- Welcoming and mentoring new team members
- Inviting and comfortable break and locker rooms
- Building relationships and sharing our lives
- Communicating our commitment and welcoming new residents
- And many other new and exciting enhancements
