Experience in for-profit, for-profit-publicly held and not-for-profit sectors.

Janice Gulsvig

  • Professional experience. Served as R.N. for over 30 years, 25 spent in long-term care management. Extensive experience as a leader, manager and administrator of nursing services and operations of nursing homes. Broad-based experience in the development of comprehensive orientation and training programs for directors of nursing services, administrators and general staff. Background in rural, urban, for-profit and non-profit nursing environments, and instrumental in the design of specialty clinical program models (i.e., ventilator, pain management, stroke rehabilitation, hip fracture and adult day service).
  • Senior care expertise. Resident care, nursing services, nursing home administration, workforce orientation and training programs, and the design of specialty clinical program models.
