My InnerView offers Learn™, a series of training modules that are included with our Quality Profile™ and Risk Monitor™ Web tracking systems. These training modules are focused on the key indicators of quality and emphasize the knowledge base of your licensed staff. A “back to the basics” format provides your trainer with ready-to-use resources such as competencies, presentation visuals, trainer’s scripts, staff handouts and evaluation tools. Your inservice coordinator will now have the time to focus on staff performance rather than writing and designing training materials.

- Designed to be delivered in-house — with a trainer you designate
Guidance for Using the System
Although My InnerView’s system is designed to be self-directed, we provide guidelines and “best practices” for getting the most out of your data. We want to ensure that you and your staff can easily use our training and tools to:
- Help interpret report findings
- Take planned actions
- Set performance targets
- Monitor performance over time
- Addresses customer service and the resolution to customer concerns
